Shipping Policy

At Tunomart, we understand that a great shopping experience doesn't end with a quality product — it also means transparent, reliable shipping that keeps you informed every step of the way. Our shipping policy is designed to give you clarity and confidence when placing your order.

1. Processing & Delivery Time

Order processing time: 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays).

Shipping time: 5–7 business days (from the time the order is handed over to the shipping carrier).

Estimated total delivery time: 6–9 business days (including both processing and shipping time).

Note: These timeframes are estimates and may vary depending on external conditions (see Section 5).

2. Shipping Coverage

Tunomart currently ships to all 50 states across the United States.

We work with trusted shipping partners such as UPS and FedEx to ensure safe and timely deliveries.

3. Shipping Fee

Flat-rate shipping: $6.99 per order.

This shipping fee will be clearly displayed on the cart page and again during the final checkout step — before you complete your purchase.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order has been processed and shipped, our system will automatically send you a shipping confirmation email that includes:

  • A tracking number
  • A direct link to track your package via the carrier's website (UPS or FedEx)

You can track your order at any time using the tracking number on our Order Tracking page.

Reminder: The tracking number is not the same as your order number. Please enter the correct tracking number to view shipping updates.

Tracking information is usually updated within 24 hours after you receive your shipping confirmation email. If no updates appear during this time, don't worry — this is normal and does not affect your delivery progress.

5. Factors That May Affect Delivery Time

Some circumstances may cause delays beyond the estimated delivery window, including:

  • Severe weather or natural disasters
  • Carrier delays
  • High-volume shopping seasons (e.g., Black Friday, Thanksgiving, Christmas)
  • Incomplete or incorrect shipping address

In all cases, our team actively monitors and works to resolve any issues to ensure timely delivery.

6. What If Your Order Is Lost or Missing?

Please contact our customer support team if either of the following applies:

  • The tracking status shows "Delivered", but you did not receive your package, and more than 7 business days have passed since the expected delivery date.
  • There have been no tracking updates for over 7 business days after the expected delivery timeframe.

In these cases, we will:

  • Issue a full refund, or
  • Reship a new order at no additional cost, based on your preference.
