Order Tracking

Once your order has been confirmed and shipped, we'll send you a shipping confirmation email that includes:

  • Your Tracking Number
  • A direct link to track your shipment

You can also check the delivery status by entering your tracking number in the field below.

Note: This is your tracking number, not your order number.

Order statuses you may see:

  1. Confirmed: Your order has been verified and is being processed.
  2. Packed: Your order has been packed and handed over to the shipping carrier.
  3. In Transit: Your order is on its way to you.
  4. Delivered: Your order has been successfully delivered.
  5. Return/Exchange: Your order is being returned or exchanged (if applicable).

When will tracking information be available?

If you just received your shipping confirmation email, please allow up to 24 hours for the carrier's system to update the tracking status. During this time, tracking details may not yet be visible.

Can't find your tracking info?

Make sure you've entered the correct tracking number (not the order number).

Check your email inbox — including the Spam or Promotions folders — for the shipping email from Tunomart.
