Billing Terms & Conditions
1. Purpose and Scope
This document outlines the billing terms & conditions related to payment for orders placed through Tunomart's website, a brand owned and operated by TEKO LLC – a legal entity duly established and operating under the laws of the State of Florida, USA. These terms form an integral part of the sales agreement between Tunomart and the purchaser, and they apply to all transactions for desk mats and mouse pads sold via our online channel within the United States market. By placing an order and completing the payment process on the Tunomart website, the customer agrees to be bound by the provisions stated herein.
2. Payment Methods and Gateways
Tunomart accepts online payments through the following two methods:
- PayPal – a widely trusted and secure electronic payment platform.
- Credit/Debit Cards – including Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express.
All payment transactions are securely processed via PayPal. Customers are responsible for ensuring that their payment card or PayPal account is valid and not restricted or blocked by the issuing institution at the time of purchase.
3. Payment Confirmation and Processing
Once a customer completes an order and submits their payment information, the Tunomart system will automatically send a confirmation email containing the order ID, total amount paid, and product details. This confirmation does not indicate that the payment has been successfully processed. The order will only be marked as "Processing" once PayPal or the card issuer has officially approved and completed the transaction.
If the system receives an error, denial, or high-risk flag from the payment gateway, Tunomart reserves the right to temporarily suspend the order, request customer verification, or cancel the order in accordance with our risk management policies.
4. Currency and Price Display Policy
All transactions on our website are listed and processed in United States Dollars (USD). The prices shown on the website include Tunomart's standard product fees, excluding shipping costs. Shipping fees are clearly displayed at checkout before the customer competes their order.
If the customer uses a card issued by a financial institution outside the United States, any foreign exchange fees, international transaction fees, or currency conversion differences are the customer's responsibility and are determined by the issuing bank. Tunomart does not assume responsibility for these charges.
5. Payment Information Security
Tunomart strictly adheres to industry-standard data security protocols. We do not store credit card details or PayPal login information under any circumstances. All transactions are fully encrypted and processed through the PayPal payment gateway using SSL (Secure Socket Layer) and PCI-DSS compliant technology.
Tunomart does not collect, store, or access any payment card information; all authentication and processing occur directly on PayPal's platform to safeguard the consumer.
6. Fraud Prevention and Transaction Verification
For security purposes, Tunomart may implement fraud control measures, such as temporarily suspending orders, requesting additional verification documents (e.g., proof of shipping address or cardholder identity), or coordinating with the payment gateway to review suspicious activity.
Failure to provide requested verification may result in order cancellation and a refund. Tunomart reserves the right to reject any transaction flagged for fraud, invalid card use, or originating from high-risk devices or IP addresses on international watchlists.
7. Refund Policy
Refunds are issued only under the following specific circumstances:
- The ordered product is out of stock;
- The order is canceled due to technical issues on Tunomart's end;
- The product cannot be delivered due to circumstances beyond Tunomart's control (e.g., courier failure, natural disaster);
- The received product is defective, damaged during shipping, or significantly different from its description;
- The wrong item or missing product was delivered.
In these cases, refunds will be processed to the original payment method used. Refund timelines depend on PayPal or the issuing bank's policies, typically ranging from 1 to 7 business days. Tunomart is not responsible for delays caused by payment processors or financial institutions.
8. Non-Refundable Situations
Refund requests will not be accepted under the following conditions:
- The product has been successfully delivered without defect or damage;
- The refund request is submitted more than 30 days after delivery;
- The customer changed their mind;
- The product has been used, washed, or damaged by the customer;
- The customer provided incorrect address details and failed to update them within 6 hours of placing the order.
9. Responsibilities of Each Party
Tunomart is responsible for:
- Providing accurate product, pricing, and shipping information;
- Ensuring secure payment processing;
- Assisting with order or payment-related issues caused by system errors.
Customers are responsible for:
- Providing truthful and accurate personal, shipping, and payment information;
- Ensuring they have legal authorization to use the chosen payment method.
10. Limitation of Liability
Tunomart is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from misuse of the payment service, internet connectivity issues, third-party fraud, or payment gateway malfunctions. In any case, Tunomart's total liability related to a payment transaction shall not exceed the total value of the order paid by the customer.
11. Modifications and Dispute Resolution
Tunomart reserves the right to amend, update, or revise this Billing Terms & Conditions at any time in accordance with internal policy changes or regulatory requirements under U.S. federal or Florida state law. Any updates take effect immediately upon publication on our website.
All disputes relating to payments shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, the matter shall be brought before a court of competent jurisdiction in the State of Florida, where TEKO LLC (Tunomart) is legally registered.
